Should you choose to work with me as a life coach, we’ll follow this 4-step process, which I call E.D.G.E.™
- E = Evaluate what is working and what isn’t in your life right now.
- D = Dig into your past patterns, habits of mind, and life experiences to discover what most impacts your ability to accomplish your goals.
- G = Generate new ideas for how you can best work, and play, and love differently in order to optimize wellness of your whole being. Then we create a plan for how to move forward.
- E = Engage your plan, putting the ideas, activities, and practices we’ve discussed into action in your everyday life.
This is an interactive, evolving process. Once we’ve completed the cycle, we’ll begin again, making sure that the plan is working for you and adjusting as need be.
